UVS Services Pte Ltd (“UVS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) values and is committed to protecting the Personal Data (as defined below). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains our collection, processing, storage, retention and disclosure of your Personal Data as required under the law of Republic of Singapore.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used and disclosed by us, in relation to your access and use of our services (the “Services”), which are provided through our Link operated by us (collectively the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected or submitted on this Site. This notice is available on the homepage of this Site and at every login page where personal data may be requested. By accessing, using and providing any personal data through our Site, you are expressly consenting to the manner in which we collect, use disclose and transfer personal data as set out below. For the avoidance of doubt, in the unlikely event that there are inconsistencies, the terms of the UVS’ SaaS Services Agreement will take precedence.

Collection of Personal Data

The personal data is collected, used and disclosed by us, in relation to your access and the Services which are provided through our Link during your dealings with us, which includes without limitation: –

1. your personal details, such as your name, company name, residential address, contact number, email address, date of birth, race, gender, marital status, national registration identity card number, passport number and nationality, your payment details, such as your debit / credit card number and issuing bank of your debit / credit card; and

2. any details relating to any other person(s) who may be identified from the information, data or document you submitted to us; or any other personal information you provide to us in the course of your dealing with us. (collectively referred to as “Personal Data”)

12. troubleshoot i.e. analyse and solve problems arising from your usage of the Services; and/or

14. to exercise of any functions conferred by the requests of public agencies, law enforcement, regulatory officials, orders of court and/or towards the administration of justice; and/or

All financial transactions effected are handled by our third-party service providers may include payment processors, each of whom have their respective privacy notices. We will not:

In addition to the above, we may also disclose and transfer Personal Data to the above third parties for the purposes of any corporate exercise involving UVS including any merger or acquisition.

You may access, review, update, correct or delete your personal data through your account by contacting us. We shall respond to an access request as soon as reasonably possible and make a correction as soon as practicable. To the extent permitted by law, we may reject your request and will provide a reason for such rejection; or impose a prescribed fee on you.

We will retain your personal data for as long as is needed to provide the Services to you. We may retain and use personal data for as long as is necessary as required by law or for other legitimate business purposes including complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.

Security of Personal Data

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of the Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.

Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, we only collect the Personal Data that you provide to us. If you would prefer that we do not collect Personal Data from you, please do not provide us with any such information or access our website. By visiting our website, providing Personal Data to us, or otherwise interacting with us, you shall be deemed to have read and consent to our processing of the Personal Data in the manner as described in this Policy.
